We contacted Angie to help us with the sale of a second home we owned in Lodi. Her knowledge and experience made the transaction smooth and hassle-free. She reviewed comps in the neighborhood and advised on a target price at which to list. She suggested what repairs made sense and what not to bother with, which saved us a lot of time, cost, and effort. Angie was always available to answer any questions or to assist where she could. Finding and buying a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Oscar Fernandez was incredible, very professional …my stresses were high as (first time byer ) my criteria needed to be met. Oscar is not only a fantastic realtor but he’s an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house I wanted to see Oscar moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams., He worked very hard to make sure things like repairs were fixed (he literally fought for everything on my end).
