Angie is a Mortgage Broker and currently the Owner of Valley Capital Home Loans Inc. Her sense of connection with her clients and knowledge of the mortgage industry allows her to offer over and over again “excellent service” to her valuable clients.
Angie, has lived in Stockton and Lodi area for over 35 years. She knows the Valley well. Angie graduated from MTI Business College, she is a member of the Association of Realtors and is a Master Club Member, She is a Certified Fair Housing Agent, She sits on the board of VCHL Inc., She is a member of Centro Vida Community church and she is involved in several community programs for affordable housing.
Angie loves to travel and has traveled to France, Israel and Mexico. Angie’s first language is Spanish and she is born in Mexicali, Baja California.
Angie has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2002 when she and several partners were “flipping” homes by rehabbing them and improving our neighborhoods then later doing home loans and most recent representing buyers and sellers in all aspects or Real Estate. As a well Rounded broker she is someone trustworthy and will have your best interest at heart.
Shilee Catudioc comes to Valley Capital Home Loans & Realty, Inc. with 20+ years of experience and
knowledge, in the areas of Collections, Credit, Finance and Marketing. She is a Stockton native with a
strong network of personal and professional relationships throughout Northern California.
As Office Manager at Valley Capital’s Stockton branch, Shilee oversees all departments and functions.
She has received her Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Certification in 2017, to increase her skill base
and the services she can render.
Outside of the company, Shilee maintains active involvement in community service organizations, enjoys
outdoor activities, sporting events and volunteerism. She is also a proud mother of four children.
Alex comes to Valley Capital with over 15 years of industry knowledge and experience. He was born in Honduras and speaks fluent Spanish and English. He specializes in relocating clients in California’s Bay Area and Central Valley. Alex has managed to help a multitude of individuals and families achieve their real estate/financial goals and he can help you, too!
Alicia has relative experience in the field of understanding needs and wants of a client. She worked as an insurance agent for eight years and has been an active member of the finance/customer service community for 10 years now. She is now very excited to turn her focus towards Real Estate. Alicia is passionate about helping her community and is ready to help you with your home buying and selling needs.
