He specializes in relocating clients in California’s Bay Area and Central Valley. Having lived and worked in Stockton for about twenty five years has given me an advantage by understanding the needs of the area when it comes to mortgages and Real Estate.

My passion has always been helping people.  I have always taken every opportunity to do this. I have volunteered at church working in different leadership positions for over 25 years.  I have several years of experience working in the mortgage business, and also in real estate.  Having worked in the mortgage department for a couple of major banks and a few mortgage brokers, I have had the privilege of helping many families fulfill the dream of owning their first home.  This is what I want to do for you.

Having a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, a real estate license, and a mortgage background gives me the confidence that I have the skills needed to do an extraordinary job for my clients. Denise Martellacci is a Professional Mortgage Loan Originator who enjoys helping buyers
secure their home loan in a timely and professional transaction. She is thrilled to be with Valley
Capital Home Loans Inc. to continue serving her clients throughout the greater S. F. Bay Area.

Denise has been in the mortgage business long enough to have witnessed at least four
recessions and has the ablity to highlight the strengths in her borrower’s loan submissions to
realize their dream purchase. She is aware that no two borrowers are alike and with that the
knowledge of how to seek loan programs that fit each unique circumstance.

Denise lives in the East Bay City of Hayward, Ca. and is familiar with the nuances of the
surrounding communities in the East Bay. In her spare time she is active in her community to
make it the best place to live and enjoys spending time with her family and granchildren.

Maria recently joined Valley Capital as a Mortgage Loan Officer, after working in the industry for over 20 years. She has extensive experience dealing with First-Time Homebuyers, Foreclosures, REO’s, Short Sales, Refinances and most loan products that cater to her client’s goals. Maria’s experience gives her a deep appreciation and respect for the homebuying process.
