Angie is a Mortgage Broker and currently the Owner of Valley Capital Home Loans Inc. Her sense of connection with her clients and knowledge of the mortgage industry allows her to offer over and over again “excellent service” to her valuable clients.

Angie, has lived in Stockton and Lodi area for over 40 years. She knows the Valley well. Angie graduated from MTI Business College, she is a Life  Member of Central Valley of Association of realtors and a Master Club Member of the Lodi Association of realtors. She is a Certified Fair Housing Agent, She sits on the board of VCHL Inc., She is a member of Christian Life Center church, a Member of the Lodi Chamber of Commerce and she is involved in several community programs for affordable housing. Angie manages both the Stockton and Lodi offices, while running several Airbnb’s, in addition oversees over 20 agents and manages various property rentals.

Angie loves to travel and has traveled to France, Israel and Mexico. Angie’s first language is Spanish and she is born in Mexicali, Baja California.

Angie has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2002 when she and several partners were “flipping” homes by rehabbing them and improving our neighborhoods then later doing home loans and most recent representing buyers and sellers in all aspects or Real Estate. As a well Rounded broker she is someone trustworthy and will have your best interest at heart.

Alex comes to Valley Capital with over 15 years of industry knowledge and experience. He was born in Honduras and speaks fluent Spanish and English. He specializes in relocating clients in California’s Bay Area and Central Valley. Alex has managed to help a multitude of individuals and families achieve their real estate/financial goals and he can help you, too!

Denise Martellacci is a Professional Mortgage Loan Originator who enjoys helping buyers
secure their home loan in a timely and professional transaction. She is thrilled to be with Valley
Capital Home Loans Inc. to continue serving her clients throughout the greater S. F. Bay Area.

Denise has been in the mortgage business long enough to have witnessed at least four
recessions and has the ablity to highlight the strengths in her borrower’s loan submissions to
realize their dream purchase. She is aware that no two borrowers are alike and with that the
knowledge of how to seek loan programs that fit each unique circumstance.

Denise lives in the East Bay City of Hayward, Ca. and is familiar with the nuances of the
surrounding communities in the East Bay. In her spare time she is active in her community to
make it the best place to live and enjoys spending time with her family and granchildren.
